Hiromi Posted on May 31 Linux: A few more tips # linux # ubuntu I bought a new computer, and I didn't even use it with a Windows OS since I got it. I am really focusing on improving my Linux skills. Therefore I would like to share some more tips for those that are interested in understanding more about Linux and its perks. 1) It's the first computer that I really invested my money in and that solves all my needs. Therefore, I would like to adjust and keep it in high performance as long as possible. I am not sure if you are aware, but it's possible to create a threshold for your battery charging in order to protect it.There is a video hat shows how to apply it on your system. 2) I know how to apply permissions in files, but I didn't know how to read the permissions on files. With this video it became way more clear to me. I really recommend it, if you like understanding better what you are doing. P.s.: This will be an ongoing post that I would like to use to share relevant content about my Linux journey.
